Since everyone is my teacher and I learn something valuable from each person I meet, I find that there are no bad experiences, only more opportunities to learn.

Wow! looks great...you've really got the social media going too with the Facebook and Twitter feeds...be patient with followers....it can take awhile. I know the ones I have at work, people tell me "I never read that....." Just refer people to it. Do you want me to put it on my FB and twitter feeds? YOu have some great content, too.
